We’re Faceplant Creative, a social-first content agency that helps brands turn strategy into scroll-stopping campaigns. We’re on the hunt for a freelance Creative Strategist / Ad Buyer to help shape big-picture strategy and run high-performing paid social campaigns.
✅ What you’ll be doing:
Partnering with clients to understand goals, target audience, and KPIs
Building strategy docs, ad audits, and quarterly creative roadmaps
Developing ad concepts, briefs, and collaborating with creators + production teams
Setting up and managing paid social campaigns (primarily Meta but occasionally on LinkedIn and TikTok)
Tracking performance, running A/B tests, and managing ad spend budgets
Creating clear, client-facing monthly reports
👀 What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in creative strategy and/or paid social ad buying
Proven success running campaigns (B2B or B2C a plus)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager + TikTok Ads (Google Ads is Bonus)
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to clients
🎉 Extra points if you:
Have experience with both DTC and B2B brands
Familiarity with tools like Motion.app, Foreplay, or other paid social platforms
Love building creative concepts that tie to performance
Are organized and comfortable juggling multiple accounts
Are able to build + test landing pages
