We’re Faceplant Creative, a social-first content agency that helps brands create scroll-stopping content. We’re on the hunt for freelance content creators to join our creative crew and help bring brands to life on social media.

🏆 THE IDEAL CONTENT CREATOR:

We’re looking for someone who can shoot, edit, and bring fresh ideas to the table. You know your way around social trends, understand what makes content feel native to each platform, and have an eye for the cadence and rhythm of social. You should feel confident behind the camera and in front of it (when needed), be comfortable editing your own footage, and know how to bring a brand brief to life while sometimes running with your own creative concepts.

The ideal fit is reliable, communicative, organized, and open to feedback with a willingness to make the content even better.

✅ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Shooting and editing engaging short-form content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Following brand guidelines and creative briefs to keep content consistent and on-brand

  • Pitching creative ideas and trend-based concepts that align with client goals

  • Bringing personality and confidence when appearing on camera for UGC-style content

  • Delivering polished, ready-to-post assets on time and in the correct formats

  • Collaborating with our team to review, edit, and refine content

✨ EXTRA POINTS IF YOU:

  • Have worked with DTC or B2B brands before

  • Can produce content in batches and manage multiple projects at once

  • Have experience with tools like Dropbox, Slack, Google Drive, and monday.com
